What does Master@IBM offer you?

Within the scope of the 2-3 year Master@IBM program, we offer valuable professional experience in the area of the Business Partner Ecosystem, which you will gain in parallel to your studies. You can complete the master study course at a university (or university of applied sciences) of your choice. The duration of studies depends on the respective university and is between two and three years. The volume of work allows you to focus sufficiently on your master's degree. Nevertheless, you can expect challenging assignments in a team-oriented and dynamic environment as well as many opportunities for active co-determination. You will also write your master's thesis in collaboration with your department.

Who are we looking for?

For our in-job master's program, we are looking for highly-motivated students from economics, business or (IT) science based degree courses. In addition to a good bachelor degree, an independent approach to work is also important to us. Are you action-oriented, highly motivated and you have analytical skills? You are able to define and localize industry specific content and solution plays? Then you should definitely apply - we look forward to receiving your application.

What can you expect from this position?

In this sales and sales operation support role you can expect to support the sales team in activities such as target company research, business performance management, collaboration with business partners, creation of regular news to our business partners and other tasks that support the sales cycles with our ecosystem.

You will be an integral part of a diverse, driven and goal-oriented team.

This job is only for candidates who will have finished their Bachelor studies by September 2024 (or earlier) and plan to start with a Master's Degree in autumn 2024 (Swiss university/university of applied sciences, study course of your choice).
