A local Healthcare organization has an open temporary need for a contracts specialist. The ideal candidate will have a few years of experience handling the contract management cycle, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and impeccable attention to detail. Your expertise in contract negotiation, review, and management will be pivotal in maintaining compliance, minimizing risks, and fostering positive relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders.

salary: $29 - $30 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to closeout, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess contract requirements and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.

• Keep track of expirations and prepare for renewals

• Submit contracts through the system for legal review

• Handle vendor correspondence

Qualifications:

• A few years of contract management experience, preferably in the clinical/healthcare setting

• Knowledgeable on clinical rules, regulations, policies, and procedures

• Experience with Jaggaer and Meditech sotfware, a plus
