The Opportunity

This position works out of our location in Wiesbaden (Abbott GmbH) in the Abbott Diabetes Care division that is focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions.

What You’ll Do

  • Acting as interface for customer service, market access, supply chain, CRM project managers, IT, customers, and vendors.

  • Monitoring and optimizing processes related to key workstreams of eCommerce platform such as orders, reimbursement, billing, shipping, returns and replacements.

  • Identifying process gaps and continuous improvement opportunities for Reporting tools.

  • Facilitating documentation escalation (Jira) and system enhancements for B2C.

  • Supporting process automation via Backlog analysis.

  • Point of contact for Customer Service regarding weekly resolution, follow up of systems and process issues, knowledge transfer and new releases.

  • Process mapping, SOP documentation and process mappings for Business Operations B2C, and for processes with vendors.

  • Supporting and testing implementation of new BI Tools projects.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Post graduate diploma or University degree and/or adequate degree and on-the-job business exposure.

  • 3 to 5 years of work experience required.

  • Experience in working within eCommerce Platforms.

  • Experience in working in an agile project management.

  • Knowledge in German Healthcare System.

  • Excellent MS Office skills.

  • Experience with salesforce.

  • Good negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

  • Hands-on mentality.

  • Fluency in English and German.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA or equivalent post graduate diploma or University degree and on-the-job business exposure.

  • Work and educational experience in a multinational company with healthcare, med-tech, or consumer good background.

  • Ability to work in a complex environment and international team setting across different time zones.

  • Basic SQL knowledge.

  • Project management and/or Salesforce.com certification.
