Work you'll do

This role is to support a U.S. Intelligence Agency with their Talent Acquisition needs in the areas of Recruitment, Marketing, and Outreach. As part of this work stream, the ideal candidate requires a high level of initiative, analytical thinking, and leadership abilities who is comfortable with directing and monitoring the work of other staff, and capable of making insightful decisions to drive our client's recruitment objectives.

Some specific tasks may include but are not limited to:

  • Leverage digital marketing techniques to enhance agency brand awareness, specifically through web banner advertisements and optimized job postings on social media platforms and career sites.

  • Provide strategic recommendations on media choices and job board selections for effective job advertisement postings.

  • Manage marketing budget meticulously to prioritize and optimize the agency's recruitment and hiring objectives.

  • Research, coordinate, and support agency participation in career fairs/events. This includes the procurement of booth materials and promotional giveaway items.

  • Manage teaming partners to ensure marketing and outreach deadlines are met.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance required

  • 4+ years of HR administration experience

  • 4+ years of talent acquisition experience
