Allied Universal Armed Security Shift Supervisor in Miami, Florida

Allied Universal Services is seeking the position of an Armed Security Shift Supervisor . The Armed Security Shift Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. An Armed Security Shift Supervisor acts as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and professional security officers. They supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.

$18.90 / hour

Schedule:

  • Saturday- Sunday, 3:00PM - 11:00PM

*A valid driver’s license will be required for this post

*Valid Florida Security Class D License and G License

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be at least 21+ years of age

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience

  • Must have Valid Driver's License for driving company property

  • Must be comfortable with computer skills and customer service skills

  • Preferred, Bilingual English and Spanish/Creole

  • Must be available to work any time and day

  • Required to work for multiple clients at multiple locations; covering special projects, call offs, vacations and open shifts

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities

  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner

  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site
