Job Description

A client in hospitality and food service is hiring cook supervisors to oversee kitchen operations in a correctional facility in Lima, Ohio. In this role, employees will be responsible for effectively managing the execution of meals, ensuring resides are adhering to their responsibilities and preparation for each following meal. It's imperative that this person has experience taking and delivering direction to ensure meal planning, recipes and each meal is being served on time. As a cook supervisor, you will be ServSafe certified within 90 days of being an employee, however already having this certification is a plus!

Skills and Requirements

- 2-3 years' supervisory experience in food service industry

- Willingness to work in a correctional facility - ServSafe Certified null
