As a leader in the aerospace industry, we have a number of exciting positions available right now, including a Supply Chain Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Part of and supports supply chain matters within Integrated Product Teams
Assists with Source for New Products in line with commodity sourcing strategy
Develops supply chain plans and quality management measures for new products
Executes new product supply chain operations
Monitors and manages scope in purchasing the new products
Focuses on the tactical and operational plan
Influences others out sides of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures
Develops elements of new program sourcing strategies to ensure alignment with
commodity strategies,
low cost sourcing plans,
sustainable supply chain development,
adherence to on time delivery
Engages with key/critical business unit product and development engineering to ensure lead times are understood and adhered to
Responsible for the implementation of new processes and systems in support of supply chain continuous improvement
Partner with key stakeholders, process owners and subject matter experts to identify supply chain processes, systems, tools and metrics that can be standardised
Ensures Product sourcing strategy is in alignment with the desired program outcomes
Improves the compliance to sourcing plans through the value stream

What you need to succeed?
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field and 8 years of experience in supply chain, material/logistics, operations management or related field; OR an Advanced degree with 5 years of experience
Project Management experience: Negotiating, Cost Savings Delivery, Problem Solving Focus
Ability to work cross functionally with all organization levels at supplier and various strategic business units
Experience working with SAP
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in the Aerospace Industry
ISM, APICS, CIPS or other internationally recognized Supply Chain certification
