Location/Salary Huntsville, AL

• Log-in/ Change Over Removable Cases.
• Log-in/ Change Over remakes and repairs for the removable department.
• Read alerts, follow alert procedures, and paste notes on work tickets.
• Apply knowledge of color pan schedule.
• Properly address due dates.
• Communication with dental accounts as it pertains to Removable cases.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
• Track and expedite the completion of high-priority cases
• Run production reports throughout the day for department manager and supervisors
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Required Qualifications:

• Must have great organizational skills, computer skills, and the ability to handle the logistics of a high-production environment.
• Data Entry
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Customer service experience
