Your primary responsibilities will include creating compelling brand collaterals, crafting engaging content for recruitment events, and ensuring consistency across various brand touchpoints. You will be a key member of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, supporting them with branded materials and campaigns to attract top talent. This role requires proficiency/sound functional knowledge in Canva, Illustrator, Figma, and Photoshop but most importantly a keen eye for design and storytelling. What we need to see from you Brand Collateral Creation: Develop visually appealing brand collaterals, including presentations, brochures, and flyers, to effectively communicate our brand message to diverse audiences. Utilize Canva, Illustrator, and Photoshop to create stunning visuals that resonate with our target audience. Content Creation: Generate engaging content for recruitment events, such as career fairs and employer branding initiatives, to attract qualified candidates. Craft branded job descriptions and career pages that reflect our company culture and values, helping to attract and retain top talent. Design CRM campaign materials to nurture candidate relationships and drive applications. Support Global TA Leader: Assist the Global Talent Acquisition leader in developing and executing branding initiatives on social media platforms. Collaborate with the TA team to gather requirements for branding projects and collaterals, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Brand Guidelines: Review existing content and materials to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency across all channels. Provide training and guidance to the TA team on brand guidelines and best practices for brand representation. Local TA Support: Work closely with local Talent Acquisition regions to support them in creating TA newsletters, ensuring they align with brand standards and messaging. Maintain and update the TA SharePoint page with relevant content, resources, and announcements, ensuring accessibility and usability for all stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in brand marketing, preferably in a talent acquisition or recruitment context. Proficiency in Canva, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
