Providence Supervisor Rehabilitation Services in Fullerton, California

Description

Under the supervision of the Program Manager, the Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the professional practice of the Program assigned, including the implementation of established standards, development of quality services, new programs, and business opportunities. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the management, coordination and delivery of Therapy Services in the Program assigned in accordance with program goals, hospital goals and objectives, hospital functions and philosophy.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited (CAPTE) Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy professional program. Or equivalent education/experience.

  • California Occupational Therapist License upon hire or

  • California Physical Therapist License upon hire or

  • California Speech Language Pathologist License upon hire or

  • National Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist - National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Certification upon hire.

  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

  • 5 years Experience as a practicing therapist.

  • 2 years Experience in management, supervision of staff/interns or a comparable experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree

  • 2 years Experience as a supervisor.
