About the team

Data accuracy is a right, not a privilege. In the world of people analytics, the insights and analyses we provide have a direct impact on people and their livelihood. We recognize that sometimes our systems impede accuracy and in those cases we communicate the risks early and effectively. We insist on fostering a culture that rewards finding and fixing errors.Value > volume. There are no awards for the having the most appendices or the most dashboards. We are intentional about what data we provide, always ensuring it is the best data to answer the question at hand. The same is true for new development; if a solution already exists, we debate it before we duplicate it.

Consistency is key. We work with central teams, line teams, and client groups to advocate for consistent definitions of HR data. When there is not a single source of truth we push for consensus. When there is persistent disagreement, we align to the HR definitions reported at the enterprise level and continue to advocate for resolution.

Automation is more than a “nice to have”. We are ambassadors for automation because we want to free up our team’s capacity to spend more time diving deep on analysis and insights. When a business requirement is a blocker to automation, we escalate.

Adoption doesn’t happen idly. We strive to achieve 100% product adoption for all of our products, over time. We know this requires user training and product iteration based on customer feedback. We are committed to investing in those areas.
