Key job responsibilities

About the Role

As a Program Manager in Retail Business Services (RBS), you will be responsible for Vendor Consultant Programs onboard in JP, managing business growth for some of the most influential Selling Partners (vendors) on Amazon, ensuring Selling Partner satisfaction with the program through a high level of service and service standards. This role will partner with Worldwide stakeholders, partnering teams, Vendor Consultants, Brand-owners to establish and streamline services, define top business problems, program roadmap, identify new opportunities, through influencing stakeholders and leading solution building.

Key Performance Areas:

  • Program plan and delivery management independently in a dynamic environment

  • Influence stakeholders and drive alignment on program priorities, goals and roadmap

  • Identify new opportunities to initiate sub-programs

  • Influence stakeholders priorities and roadmap

  • Make trade-off decisions and understand when and how to escalate appropriately

  • Develop solutions and lead implementation

  • Advocator and practitioner of using technology to solve business problem.

  • Mentor junior team/project members

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

  • Excellent English and Mandarin Chinese written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in leading large, cross functional projects

  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

  • Japaneses skill or team managing experience
