Meta Integrity Measurement Operations, Program Manager in Austin, Texas

Summary:

The Integrity Measurement Operations team aims to maintain high standards of effectiveness of Meta’s Operations. The Integrity Measurement Operations Program Manager will be responsible for leading complex, high cross-functional projects to completion. This individual provides operational thought leadership and project management to the design and implementation of Integrity measurement. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated program manager to join our team and lead quality measurement programs in Integrity. In this role, you will work closely with individuals and leaders in global operations, product, engineering, design, research, data engineering, data science, policy, and outsourcing teams.

Required Skills:

Integrity Measurement Operations, Program Manager Responsibilities:

  1. Deeply understand the architecture and integration points of Facebook's community support processes, products, and policies.

  2. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new quality program initiatives that enable Facebook to improve the integrity and effectiveness of its quality systems.

  3. Analyze existing quality processes and tools to provide recommendations for improvements, and partner with engineering teams to implement change.

  4. Research new and innovative methods to measure and improve quality.

  5. Manage complex, cross-functional projects and deliver high-quality solutions.

  6. Travel overnight internationally when needed (<25%).

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of experience initiating and driving programs end to end.

  2. 3+ years working in an Operations, Analytics, Product, or equivalent team.

  3. Demonstrated track record in successfully managing ambiguous, ambitious, strategic, and operationally complex programs with cross-functional teams.

  4. Experience using data to influence business decisions.

  5. Content creation and presentation skills including experience building and delivering executive leadership content.

  6. Experience developing creative solutions to client/end user problems.

  7. Experience leveraging knowledge and skills across multiple projects and stakeholders to drive change, influence teams and deliver initiatives.

  1. 5+ years working with cross functional teams on driving solutions/projects.

  2. 1+ years of experience working with SQL.

  3. Experience communicating with a variety of audiences.

  4. Open, collaborative, and proven team player.

Public Compensation:

$116,000/year to $168,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
