Onsite Contract Creative Project Manager (Large Format Print) - Atlanta, GA

We're seeking a talented and organized Creative Project Manager (CPM) to join our dynamic team in Atlanta on a contract basis (onsite). In this exciting role, you'll be the driving force behind the creation and execution of eye-catching in-store end bay displays for our retail clients. You'll wear many hats, from collaborating with designers to managing vendor relationships and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Here's a glimpse into your day-to-day:

• Partner with internal design teams to transform creative concepts into production-ready large format print materials

• Manage project timelines and budgets meticulously, keeping all stakeholders informed of progress

• Oversee vendor communication, ensuring smooth production and delivery of print materials

• Conduct thorough quality checks to guarantee all deliverables meet brand standards

• Proactively identify and resolve any potential roadblocks to keep projects on track

  Requirements

To be a rockstar in this role, you'll possess:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in creative project management, ideally within the retail or marketing industry

• Proven track record of successfully managing large format print projects from concept to completion

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams

• Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail

• Experience working with vendors and managing production schedules

• Proficiency in project management software

• Experience working with retail in-store displays and end bays

• Knowledge of print production processes and materials
