What you’ll do:
The production engineer designs, sets up, modifies, optimizes and monitors the manufacturing process. He works to efficiently produce high quality goods using the most cost-effective methods and take into account health, safety, environment and security.
Participate in production meetings with an active approach
Creates work instructions in a simple and efficient way
Performs balancing of production lines
Defines and builds the production cell according to standards
Develops tools to help the operator avoid mistakes
Develop and maintain BOM and routing in SAP
Performs PFMEA on new products and update on existing ones
Controls all changes to products under ECN / MCO process responsibility
Set up standardized processes regarding the execution of an activity
Determines process improvement through VSM
Communicates with department heads to ensure coordination of purchasing, production and delivery processes
Designs new systems and processes to introduce new products or improve existing ones
Reviews and bids new equipment to ensure the best quality at the best price
Evaluates requests for process changes and coordinates their implementation
Investigates technical engineering problems to determine the root cause of defects and production errors and makes recommendations for correction and resolution
Participates in design review meetings for new product and prototypes (engineering and industrial)
Coordination and communication with other stakeholders in the Arad plant
Prototype build in plant organization, part reception and inventory, prototype assembly and testing
Support the Industrial Program manager to build CAR needs
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in technical field
2-4 years experience in Production Engineering
