POSITION SUMMARY Assesses, interprets, treats, and cares for patients with cardiopulmonary disorders. Responsible for providing diagnostic and therapeutic services as part of the interdisciplinary team and under the direction of our medical staff. Provides direct respiratory therapy care for the Medical/surgical area, Intensive care unit and Emergency Department. This includes a population of newborns, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
